DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will conduct a comprehensive elementary school reorganization study and facilitate a community-centered engagement process. The goal is to promote broad participation, ensure respectful and productive dialogue, and capture and synthesize input themes from the community.

The provider will lead and structure the engagement efforts, provide clear and objective information for board decision-making, and act as a neutral facilitator for the reorganization process.
