The government authority in West Accokeek, Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide Renewable Identification Number (RIN) verification services in support of the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program. The work must comply with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) requirements and support Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production and RIN generation from municipal wastewater-derived biogas.
The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive verification services, preparing documentation for review, and providing instruction for submission to the EPA as required. The scope also includes conducting engineering reviews and related addenda consistent with 40 CFR §80.135 and §80.1450 requirements.
