A qualified contractor is sought to provide comprehensive administration, maintenance, and support for the organization's relational database systems. The primary platform in use is FileMaker Pro, which underpins critical organizational functions including HR, finance, timekeeping, asset/inventory management, and third-party reimbursement tracking.

The contractor will ensure the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of the FileMaker Pro platform, supporting workflows across HR, timekeeping, finance, budget, and reimbursement modules. Responsibilities include delivering 24x7x365 proactive monitoring, incident response, and recovery, while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, federal, and other relevant regulations.

The solution further involves ongoing improvement of workflows within HR, finance, and asset/inventory modules. Current integrations include Active Directory, organizational reporting, and approved third-party applications. The HR and timekeeping modules manage employee master data, recruitment, personnel actions, performance appraisals, credentials/training, dashboards, and reports.
