The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, intends to expand its current Rees Scientific Presidio Centron Environmental Monitoring System by installing 97 additional inputs and extending preventive maintenance services. The contract will include a single base year with three option years, with all work and hardware requiring complete compatibility with existing NIH systems. The expansion will enable monitoring of additional temperature, CO2, O2, and pressure probes, allowing centralized management of environmental conditions across multiple sites.
Due to the proprietary nature of the software and hardware and the necessity to maintain active warranties and system integrity, only Rees Scientific is able to supply the needed inputs, services, and ongoing software licenses. The contract will be conducted under a non-competitive procurement process, with no set-aside restrictions. Deliverables will be provided at NIH/NCATS located at 9800 Medical Center Drive in Rockville, Maryland.
