An agency in Washington, DC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide redundant telecom circuits and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services. The scope of work includes establishing and maintaining redundant telecom circuits with services such as VPN transport, MPLS port (1G capacity), Class of Service (COS) package, and other related VPN options, including DSL connections.
The selected contractor will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive VOIP and toll-free calling services. This encompasses all aspects of the calling plan, including off-net charges, non-use terminated off-net calling, and all underlying transport service support functions such as help desk support, equipment setup, and call change charges.
All services are expected to ensure high availability, reliability, and support for the agency’s communications needs. The contract will span a three-year period.
