(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment marketing consulting services. – Provide national employer marketing and recruitment efforts using a wide array of traditional, online, and social media tactics to identify and successfully recruit and hire special agents and professional staff. – Develop and implement strategic employer branding, marketing, and recruitment plans to attract highly qualified candidates with a wide range of skills and professional profiles for special agent and professional staff roles. • Recruitment Marketing Strategy, Coordination & Implementation • Data Analytics & Optimization • Campaign Development and Execution • Paid Media Planning, Execution, and Reporting • Social Media Planning, Execution, and Reporting • Publications, Digital, and Print Media Support • Email, SMS, and In–mail Marketing Support: • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Data Analytics, Optimization and Reporting • In–Person and Virtual Meetings • Website Planning, Execution, and Reporting • Event Strategy and Execution • Content Strategy and Execution – Provide consulting, research, analysis, reporting, creation and support of employer marketing and recruitment items/events. • Develop and execute strategic employer marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media platforms. • Optimize recruitment marketing performance through data analytics, SEO/SEM, and KPI tracking. • Enhance employer branding through creative asset development, content strategy, and public relations. • Support recruitment events with logistics planning, toolkit development, and booth design. • Manage social media strategy and sentiment analysis to improve engagement and reach. • Employer Branding Research, Strategy & Coordination (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
