The procuring agency seeks a contractor to provide a recruiting and retention marketing program designed to support recruitment and retention goals over a one-year contract term. The scope includes digital domain asset support, particularly business location management, social media, response time improvement, and strengthening digital footprint through better digital identity management across multiple platforms.
The selected vendor will be expected to deliver a comprehensive marketing program that includes branding, engagement, lead generation, and recruiter support. Services include generating qualified recruitment leads, providing a customized lead capture and nurturing solution, and supporting leadership, recruiters, and marketing staff involved in recruiting and retention efforts. The contractor will also manage campaigns, coordinate marketing initiatives, and provide monthly reporting on campaign progress and effectiveness.
Additional requirements include developing and implementing a marketing strategy informed by market research and analytics, providing tools and training for recruiters, and using targeted marketing for lead generation. The vendor must also implement and manage a centralized, searchable digital asset management system for organizing, storing, and sharing marketing assets. The scope further includes market research, mapping, and analytics support using GIS analytic best practices to visualize, analyze, and interpret geographic data, as well as dashboard availability within three business days of execution of the media strategy.
