DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a real-time condition based remote monitoring system. This system must be capable of monitoring at least 32 digital inputs and 32 analog inputs, with the ability to monitor digital signals using voltages from 0 to 48VDC. It must enable users to view and interact with the system via a web browser, providing both real-time and historical vehicle location data utilizing Google Maps integration.

The system should leverage the existing Digi Router on the trains for cellular connectivity and support receiving GPS data through the existing Digi Router Ethernet connection. It must feature a web view and data recording with a sample/refresh rate of 1 second or less, to be finalized during the design review and testing phases with the agency. Additionally, a graphical display screen, emulating the Performance Fault & Indication (PF&I) Panel on the train, should be incorporated into the solution.

All technical or proposal-related questions from vendors must be submitted by May 14, 2026.
