Vendor needs to provide real estate marketing and sales services. – Provide comprehensive real estate marketing, staging, and sales services for residential and commercial properties. – Responsible for all aspects of marketing and selling land bank properties. – Listing all land bank properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other appropriate platforms. – Developing marketing materials, including professional photography and digital listings. – Advertising properties to reach qualified buyers. – Advising the land bank on cost–effective staging strategies. – Hosting showings and open houses. – Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closing processes. The contract period will be for three years.
