The issuing organization in Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide a real estate data feed service and web-based platform. The solution must include a browser-compatible backend platform that works with common browsers such as Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome.
The required service must provide data feeds compatible with Esri ArcGIS feature layers and support integration with platforms such as GIS WebTech, GIS Planning, and similar service providers. The data must include property listings for both buildings and land sites across multiple property subtypes, including commercial and retail, industrial, office, and mixed use. Listings are expected to include quality property photos, with aerial imagery from sources such as Google Maps or Google Earth when traditional photos are unavailable.
The vendor must provide updated data feeds to GIS WebTech, GIS Planning, and similar platforms at least once per week. Property listings should not be limited to broker-submitted information and must also include listings added by chambers of commerce, local economic development organizations, and other non-traditional sources. The vendor is also expected to provide information on broadcast capabilities to an existing broker network.
