The contracting authority is seeking a vendor to provide a queue management system for service offices in Ireland. The scope includes full installation, commissioning, implementation, and maintenance of the solution, with delivery aligned to site access arrangements, local security protocols, and end-user requirements.
The system must support accessibility for users whose first language is not English and for people with disabilities, including visual, hearing, mobility, literacy, and sensory challenges. The solution is expected to be scalable, clean, and simple, and must align with the Department of Social Protection brand and styling.
The queue management system must manage and track the customer journey from check-in through completion across different service stages. It should be customizable to reflect the services available in each office, include staff-facing functionality at desks and service areas for calling the next ticket, and integrate digital audio-visual displays to help manage customer flow throughout the service process. The printer component must use a standard till-type roll commonly available through stationery suppliers.
The contract period is one year.
