A government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide Quality Engineering (QE) managed services in support of the County’s Information Technology Department. The engagement is intended to increase automation coverage and improve the reliability of IT applications across both on-premises and cloud environments.
The required automation frameworks must support web applications, APIs, microservices, mobile applications, API gateways, Model Context Protocol (MCP) plugins and servers for AI, single-agent and multimodal agent applications, and agentic orchestrations. The scope also includes comprehensive test management services such as test strategy development using TDD and BDD, test planning, test case design, test execution management, test reporting, defect management, and release readiness assessments.
The vendor is also expected to support DevOps-related quality processes, including CI/CD pipeline integration, automated testing within build pipelines, quality gates, visual regression testing for UI/UX integrity, and release validation. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2026, and questions are due by May 18, 2026.
