The requested solution must support qualitative data analysis with AI-assisted coding capabilities. Requirements include the ability to train auto-coding to account for a 15% margin of error, achieve at least 85% accuracy for auto-coding, and support automated coding of qualitative data and sentiment analysis. The organization requires private cloud AI and specifies that public AI must not be used; instead, the solution should rely on institution-managed and/or institution-hosted AI.
Security and compliance requirements include data routing transparency, disclosure of supported encryption ciphers, and role-based access control permissions.
