The government authority in Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, permit, install, and commission equipment to achieve a fully functional 71 kW solar photovoltaic (PV) system and a 240 kWh energy storage system (ESS). The selected contractor will be responsible for reviewing existing drawings and updating engineering plans as necessary for infrastructure such as the concrete pad or roof structure.
Additionally, the vendor will create comprehensive construction drawings sufficient for securing all required building and electrical permits. The project includes a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit scheduled for June 11, 2026. All project-related questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
