(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations services and newsletter design.1. Provide on–call public relations services, including PR consultations and press conferences; speech writing consultations; Arranging interviews with top town officials for release to the media; Planning, writing and editing of news releases and advisories; Disseminating releases and advisories; consulting with Town officials prior to scheduled interviews on speaking points for interviews; Making recommendations and helping to plan Town responses to the community, as well as to the media, regarding any crisis situation, or potentially negative situation which may arise; Marketing and publicizing of the Town, including, but not limited to, at the direction of the Town, publicizing prominent Town issues to the state and national media for exposure in online publications, newsletters and governmental websites; Design services for flyers, social media graphics, posters, brochures etc.; Publicizing resources, programs, events and accomplishments of the Town; Making recommendations for enhancing the Town’s social media presence and promoting the Town’s website and acting on those recommendations when directed by the Town; Seeking out Town–eligible honors, awards and accolades and enter such contests or apply for such awards, at the Town’s direction; and Consulting on managing and coordinating the Town’s Department of Communication and provide consultation and design for advertising and marketing for the Town.2. Provide design services for Town newsletters (“Newsletter Design Services”), which generally consist of: a. Four, 4–panel 8.5 x 11 inch Town newsletters per year; b. Four, 8–panel 8.5 x 11 inch Project Independence newsletters;(2) All question must eb submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
