The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide public relations and communications support services for airport-related programs and initiatives. The selected firm will help develop communications strategies and produce content for public information campaigns, social media, digital channels, speeches, and talking points designed to strengthen the reputation of the airports and promote their programs to media, airlines, industry stakeholders, and the general public.
The scope includes increasing brand awareness for the department of aviation and its key programs, improving employee awareness of important communications, supporting strategic social media messaging and outreach, growing audiences and followers across airport communication channels, and expanding media coverage of airport activities and events. The work also requires strong writing and editing capabilities across public relations, media relations, customer relations, community affairs, and a range of materials such as booklets, flyers, print advertisements, speeches, scripts, digital emails, web content, news releases, advertising, and other special project materials.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 12, 2026. Questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2026.
