The government authority in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services for a multi-tenant mixed-use commercial property. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing overall operations and maintenance of the site, including the structure, building envelope, mechanical systems, life safety systems, and ancillary property components.
The scope includes performing or arranging ordinary and emergency repairs, routine services, and in-house projects necessary to maintain the building, parking areas, and surrounding grounds in first-class condition. Covered systems and components include chillers, boilers, fans, blowers, pumps, motors, piping, drains, switchgear, backup generators, fire suppression systems, building wiring, circuit breaker boxes, lighting, switches, outlets, automation systems, and related incidental alterations. Services also include interior and exterior cleaning to support the appearance and operation of the premises.
A mandatory site visit will be held on May 20, 2026. Questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026.
