The government authority in Mesa, Arizona seeks a qualified development partner for a comprehensive property development project. The scope includes urban infill, public–private partnerships, and complex mixed–use or civic-oriented projects. Key responsibilities cover financing, construction, leasing, management, and long-term operation of a multi-story, mixed-use building, as well as site entitlements, planning, design, permitting, and, where required, demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure.
The selected partner will coordinate closely with the City and Arts Center to ensure appropriate design and operation of the ground floor and will also liaise with the City and agency regarding space requirements. Full compliance with all Mesa City development standards and applicable laws is required. The project aims to foster effective collaboration and deliver a successful, sustainable mixed-use development in Mesa.
