Essential services include order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking updates delivered via email for each order. The system should support catalog synchronization, direct order transmission, and gift card redemption.

Additional requirements include Single Sign-On (SSO), secure data exchange, and robust reporting capabilities, offering both quarterly and ad-hoc reports on order activity, departmental usage, spending by category, fulfillment accuracy, and shipping timeliness.
