The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide promotional item supplies. The selected vendor is expected to furnish complete ordering information for each item, including lead or production time status, dimensions, imprint area and methods, weight, and packaging details.
Pricing submitted at the time of order must include applicable setup and imprinting fees. The vendor must reproduce all agency logos exactly as provided, with no distortion, stretching, color substitution, or other alteration. Digital mock-ups are required, and the scope also includes delivery, shipping, and handling services.
Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 14, 2026.
