The chosen vendor will provide licenses that grant full access to all modules, features, dashboards, workflow tools, and administrative functions for county staff, consultants, and external stakeholders. The solution must support concurrent users, offer remote access, and accommodate organizational growth.
The scope of work includes complete installation of the software, covering all server components, databases, system integrations, and configuration of user environments. The software must be configured and customized to align with both agency-wide and department-specific project and portfolio management workflows. This includes tailoring system fields, forms, dashboards, and approval routing to fit operational requirements. Vendors must also supply comprehensive API documentation, middleware, and ongoing technical support to ensure successful integration.
