(1) Vendor needs to provide professional scada development consulting solutions.– Responsible for designing the underlying database structure to support logbook functionality. – enhance the alarm management and event tracking capabilities within the system.– Integrated View of Scada Info: The Consultant shall design and implement a combined display that presents these data types in a cohesive, table–based format.– Color Schemes – Dark and Light Modes: The Consultant shall refine object and graphic linework configurations to ensure consistent readability, contrast, and aesthetic quality in both modes.– Application Integration: software platforms are essential to the success of the new Ignition SCADA system. – These integrations will include a combination of direct workflow integration within SCADA and hyperlink–based access to external systems.– User–Specific Dashboards: This functionality will allow operators to create personalized screens that display key SCADA data relevant to their roles and preferences.– Screen Scaling & Mobile Compatibility: This task does not include the development of any specific screens – mobile, large–format, or otherwise.– Digital Round Sheets: The goal of this task is to digitize the rounds process to improve dataaccessibility, reduce manual entry errors, and streamline recordkeeping.– Conditional Alarm Suppression: Ability to suppress alarms based on the operational state of relatedequipment.– Historical Data Migration: This includes identifying potential challenges related to schema differences, data types, and time–series formatting. – Playback Mode: This mode will allow users to replay past process conditions in a visual format, enhancing situational awareness and troubleshooting capabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2025.
