The government authority in Mountain View, Colorado is seeking a vendor to deliver professional managed IT services to support its technology infrastructure. The selected provider will ensure the seamless operation, security, and scalability of all IT resources, including mobile devices, laptops, desktops, servers, surveillance systems, ERP systems, wireless networks, and the connectivity of satellite sites.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a disaster recovery and business continuity plan to safeguard data and enable rapid restoration of services during outages. The contractor will support a base of 10 or more staff members, delivering both remote and occasional onsite IT support across all municipal facilities.
Services must encompass a comprehensive, tiered support structure: Tier I for basic desktop support and help desk operations; Tier II for escalated, in-depth troubleshooting and on-site assistance; and Tier III for advanced systems management including Microsoft managed services, cloud administration, infrastructure and device management, and ensuring security and compliance. The initial contract period is one year.
