A government authority in Ojai, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional investment advisory and management services for a three-year contract term. The selected firm will support the authority in managing its investment portfolio in alignment with liquidity needs, performance goals, and applicable policy requirements.
Scope of services includes conducting cash flow and maturity analysis, evaluating market risk, and developing strategies to reduce portfolio impact while improving performance. The vendor will also provide market research and technical analysis, including yield curve analysis, and execute transactions to obtain favorable security pricing based on the authority's instructions.
The firm will be responsible for ensuring portfolio compliance with all federal laws, State of California laws, and the authority's Investment Policy.
