The Halifax County Service Authority (HCSA) is soliciting proposals for a General Services Term Contract Agreement to provide professional engineering and surveying services on an as-needed basis. Services may include civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, geotechnical, water/wastewater sampling/testing, transportation, traffic, and funding procurement. The contract is for a one-year term with the option for HCSA to renew for up to three successive one-year terms. Firms may team with others, provided they supply a detailed teaming history.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a qualified engineering firm
  • Must provide a Statement of Qualifications
  • Must provide teaming history if teaming with other firms
  • Must comply with President’s Executive Order #11246
  • Must comply with President’s Executive Order #12138 and #11625
  • Must comply with the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • Must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
