The selected firm will support both large and small-scale development projects, including master planning, site evaluations, soils investigations, environmental assessments, evaluation of utility availability, and road access studies, as well as assessments of environmental impacts.

Services may also include project management, feasibility studies, grading, drainage, hydrology, sediment and erosion control, pavement and hydraulic design, capacity analyses, and development of segmentation and implementation plans. Additional responsibilities involve preparing cost estimates and schedules, value engineering, conducting land surveys, preparing preliminary design drawings, environmental studies and documentation, as well as organizing public hearing plans and displays.
