Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Longview, TX. Engineering services contract with a state–registered engineer to assist the county with application preparation and project implementation. Provide preliminary and design engineering services. Prepare railroad and highway permits. Conduct pre–construction conference and prepare copy of report and minutes in conjunction with county. Conduct interim and final inspections. All questions must be submitted no later than March 2,2026.
