The City of Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional engineering and planning services in support of various infrastructure projects. The scope of work includes engineering, design, and planning for roadway and intersection improvements, multimodal facilities, and active-transportation enhancements such as bicycle and pedestrian networks, sidewalks, and greenways.

Key responsibilities include the development of preliminary designs, assistance with preliminary engineering phases, and support for right-of-way acquisition on projects funded by Federal or State sources.
