Vendor needs to provide professional engineering and planning services to the government authority located in Winston–Salem, NC. Services include engineering, design, and planning for infrastructure improvement initiatives such as roadway and intersection projects, multimodal facilities, active-transportation enhancements, and related civil and site-development work. Tasks include development of preliminary design and assistance related to the preliminary engineering and right of way acquisition phases of Federal or State funded projects, development of traffic engineering design plans, specifications, and estimates, performance of traffic engineering operational analysis, and civil design and preliminary engineering of roadways, sidewalks, greenways, and various bicycle and pedestrian facilities. The contract period will be for three years.
