The City of Maricopa, Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive professional engineering and design services for roadway projects. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering a wide range of engineering disciplines, including roadway geometric design, drainage, irrigation, structural, geotechnical and pavement design, surveying and mapping, as well as traffic analysis and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design. Technical support services are also required as part of the scope.

The consultant must maintain a robust safety program for both their employees and those of any subcontractors or subconsultants working onsite. A dedicated Project Manager must be provided to coordinate with the city's project manager, manage the assignment's scope of work, and act as the primary contact for all project-related communications. Services will include preparation of right-of-way plans, review and update of title reports and base maps, preparation of legal descriptions with CAD exhibits for required easements, and analysis of right-of-way impacts. Additional responsibilities include cost estimates, quantity take-offs, geotechnical analyses and reports, technical memorandums, and evaluations of existing roadway features and drainage systems.
