A government authority in East Orange, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide professional development services plan development. The selected provider will support administrators, teachers, and paraprofessionals through ongoing and sustained professional development designed to help educators rethink classroom instruction in response to the needs of today’s students.

The services are expected to include content development and mastery, as well as training and coaching that engages faculty in exploring and applying a variety of instructional strategies. This includes strategies for diverse learning needs, multilingual instruction, and social-emotional supports. The provider will also assist staff in deepening student engagement, improving achievement, differentiating instruction, integrating career and core academic learning, addressing individual student needs, and embedding social-emotional supports throughout the curriculum.
