(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design and surveying services to the government authority located in Bryan, TX. – Provide professional engineering service to remove and replace existing traffic signals. – Include development, coordination and submission of required documentation for notifications, design reviews, with appropriate agencies and organizations as applicable. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
