(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architecture design services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide project investigations, assessments, phase studies, design concepts and schematics, design development, design reports, construction documents, construction administration and related professional services in support of the capital program for facilities in the identified parks regions.– Green infrastructure including solar design.– Building management systems.– Wayfinding signage.– Miscellaneous supporting infrastructure design improvements including utility design.– Historic preservation projects including building and site improvements.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
