Vendor needs to provide professional architectural consulting services to the government authority located in Southfield, MI. Perform professional services, including basic architecture, programming, interior design, planning, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services, and any surveying or related services. Schematic design and design development stage – preliminary design and project scheduling. Owner representative during construction. Preparation of drawings, specifications and contract documents. Full–time or part–time technical observation, management, and direction of construction with full documentation. Work may also include reviewing private development construction plans for permit approval, in coordination with the city’s building department. All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026. The contract period will be for two years.
