A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The scope of work includes interior architectural design and all facets of construction engineering, such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, environmental, geo-technical, and sustainability solutions.
Additional services required include landscape design, site planning, development of plans for redevelopment, and remediation of physical deficiencies.
