(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Interior architectural design,– All construction Engineering services including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Structural, Environmental, Geo–Technical, Sustainability. etc.– Landscape design and site planning,– Development of plans for redevelopment and correction of physical deficiencies,– Development of existing/construction drawings and technical specifications for construction projects,– Cost estimates.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on December 11,2025.(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.(4) A contract term will be for one year.
