(1) Vendor needs to provide private security services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. – Private unarmed security firm with demonstrated experience providing security services for court facilities or comparable government buildings. – Provide patrol and security services designed to deter and prevent loitering, unauthorized encampments, dumpster looting, illegal criminal activity, and illegal drug activity on properties, including courthouses and parking areas. – Provide a minimum of 3 preferred references from businesses currently or previously utilizing the security services. – The system shall document and verify security officer patrols by recording time, date, and location of completed patrol checkpoints. – Installation and placement of all tracking checkpoints at facilities shall require prior written approval. – The contractor shall generate and submit daily electronic patrol reports produced directly from the security tracking system. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 06, 2026. (3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on February 04, 2026.
