DESCRIPTION

A government authority in New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for the 2026 Election Procedure Manual. The scope includes producing manuals from a PDF proof, with printing, cutting, collation, and binding required.

The manuals will be printed in black ink on 8.5 x 11 inch pages and bound with either black or blue plastic coil binding. The front and back covers are to be printed on 110 lb heavy cover stock, with the front cover printed in three colors using Pantone 199 U and the back cover printed as specified. No tabs are required.

The initial quantity is 3,300 manuals. Vendors are also asked to provide pricing for adding or subtracting a sheet or page, as well as a per-manual cost in the event the ordering agency increases the initial quantity.
