(1) Vendor needs to provide prime architectural consultant services to the government authority located in Prince George, BC. – Professional architectural consulting services as required with respect to the design and construction administration of the project. – Services to be provided by the managing consultant and sub–consultants will include: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and code. – The successful proponent will act in the capacity of a managing consultant architect for the project, including engaging the services of all sub–consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the project. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
