The Court is seeking a vendor to provide the Postman Enterprise Platform to support management of its integration endpoints. The platform is intended to give Court developers visibility into APIs along with version control, policy governance, single sign-on based access management, and monitoring capabilities.
The requested solution will also provide leadership with oversight tools to help ensure API lifecycle governance, security, and compliance with Court standards. Postman is described as a leading platform for designing, developing, testing, documenting, monitoring, and managing APIs.
The platform is expected to support major API protocols, including REST, GraphQL, and MCP (Model Context Protocol), to accommodate both traditional and emerging integration and AI-driven workflows. Questions are due by May 11, 2026.
