(1) Vendor needs to provide portal and statewide voter registration system.– Secure a modernized portal and statewide voter registration system that integrates and enhances current functionality– Replace voter registration system centers on transforming the local election authorities’ user experience, with access to voter registration data and supporting systems through a ‘one–stop shop’ web portal (“Portal”), and voter registration data coordinated and maintained through connections that utilize standardized data connections at regular intervals.(2) A pre–submission conference will be held on December 1, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
