SUMMARY

The police academy is requesting proposals for a new target retrieval system to improve training effectiveness and safety.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must submit sealed bid with vendor name, bid number, and due date on envelope
Must be signed by a duly authorized officer or partner
Must provide proof of insurance including Workers' Compensation and Commercial General Liability
Must comply with all applicable provisions of the Labor Law, Workers' Compensation Law, and Federal Social Security Law
Must not be on the list of entities engaged in prohibited activities in the Iranian energy sector
Must agree to the County's terms of payment (2% 10 Net 30)
Must provide Material Safety Data Sheets for any hazardous chemicals
Must be able to perform demo, removal, and disposal of 18 existing target systems
Must provide 3-year maintenance contract including 2-days travel and 2-days onsite annually
