(1) Vendor needs to provide plenary retail consumption license service to the government authority located in Gloucester, NJ.– Annual Municipal Retail License Fee for the License– State License Application – Receipt of favourable State and/or Federal criminal background checks for the prospective Licensee and all individuals named in this application.– Satisfactory outcome of further municipal background checks by the Police Department to investigate the source of funds used to purchase the License.
