(1) Vendor needs to provide platform management service.– To engage a sec platform management contractor who can strategically manage and optimize the platform’s use within its existing structure focusing on enhancing user experience, gamification, and data utilization to improve graduation rates and engagement quality.– Platform management contractor will be responsible for day–to–day management, optimization, and strategic use of the existing sec platform to enhance learning outcomes, user experience, and data visibility.– Platform oversight and coordination.– User navigation and workflow management.– Course progress tracking and engagement monitoring.– Data management and reporting.– Strategic alignment and continuous improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025.
