DESCRIPTION

The City of Passaic is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional planning and zoning services during calendar year 2027. Services will support the city's planning board and zoning board on an as-needed basis.

The selected provider will assist with reviewing and preparing the master plan, zoning ordinance, housing plans, site plan and subdivision applications, zoning board of adjustment applications, proposed zoning amendments, and other related planning and zoning matters identified by the city.
