The Colorado Department of Natural Resources, on behalf of Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is soliciting proposals to lead the comprehensive planning phase for the Pikes Peak Recreation Area. This initiative will establish an area-wide framework to guide near-term collaborative planning for the Pikes Peak Recreation Area based initially on the Ring the Peak Trail and associated Corridor Planning Area. The scope includes long-term planning for stewardship, multi-use recreation management, ecological and infrastructure protection, and sustainable access across the Pikes Peak massif.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be authorized to transact business in the State of Colorado
  • Must maintain a place of business in Colorado
  • Must pay unemployment compensation taxes
  • Must be registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State or registered with the IRS as an independent contractor
  • Must have an active Colorado Vendor Self Service account
