Vendor needs to provide physician workforce strategic plan service. Providing an annual report to the governor and the legislature on the current status of the physician workforce and training programs. Consulting services for the development of a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at enhancing the physician workforce. Develop data–driven recommendations and strategic initiatives that prioritize access to care and workforce sustainability. Provide a final written strategic plan report that summarizes findings, recommendations, and frameworks for evaluation and reporting progress. Provide a project management lead responsible for coordinating the planning process and stakeholder engagement. Encouraging the development of an adequate and geographically distributed physician workforce in all specialties for an evolving strategic plan. This strategic plan will serve as a roadmap for ensuring an adequate supply of qualified medical professionals to meet the healthcare needs of diverse population. Utilize evidence–based methodologies in all aspects of workforce assessment and planning. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss data findings and gather feedback on proposed initiatives. Identify and analyze factors contributing to physician retention and recruitment. Provide follow–up support for strategic plan implementation.
