DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for student-athletes, coaches, and athletics staff. Required coverage includes headshots, team photos, action shots during games and practices, media day events, and special occasions.

The vendor must be capable of capturing high-resolution, quality digital images and able to deliver 5–10 web-ready photos (1600px x 900px) at halftime. The remaining images should be supplied via a download link or on a hard drive. The contract will be for a one-year period. All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
