(1) Vendor needs to provide phone system. – Provide a managed services agreement for on–call support and service for multiple location phone systems, consisting of 2–hour response during business hours and after–hours, holiday and weekend. – Phone systems covered are at multiple schools and consist of Mitel software and equipment (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 05, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
