The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center, intends to award a sole-source service agreement to Philips Healthcare, a division of Philips North America LLC, for the Philips Xper IM Flex Cardio R2.x system. The agreement will cover hardware and software maintenance for the period from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027.
The procurement is expected to be conducted under single-source procedures. This notice is not a request for quotations, and no solicitation is anticipated. Interested parties may submit information regarding their interest and capabilities by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on October 5, 2026, at no cost or obligation to the Government. Any vendor proposing maintenance services must be the original equipment manufacturer, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and must provide documentation of authorization sufficient to ensure that the OEM warranty and service remain valid. All software licensing, warranty, and maintenance services must comply with the OEM's terms and conditions. Remanufactured and gray-market items are not acceptable.
