A government authority in Waterford, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide payroll tax processing and W-2 filing services for up to 6,000 active employees. The selected vendor will be responsible for electronically processing and filing payroll taxes and W-2 forms with federal, state, and local tax authorities on periodic, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
The scope also includes the capability to integrate with the Workday Financial System. In addition, the vendor must be able to produce W-2 forms for election workers who had taxes withheld but no taxable income.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026, and questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2026.
