An organization is seeking a qualified consulting firm with expertise in service design to lead the 'Moments That Matter' campaign, focused on enhancing patient, family, and caregiver experiences. The selected firm will be responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive engagement and analysis initiative that identifies and prioritizes the moments and interactions that most significantly impact experiences across both clinical and non-clinical settings.
The scope of work involves implementing a range of inclusive engagement methods, such as co-design workshops, interactive installations, and digital storytelling, to gather diverse perspectives. The consultant will conduct rigorous qualitative analysis and co-design processes to synthesize findings. The final deliverables will include a strategic framework and roadmap for improving experiences, as well as a repeatable, organization-wide Personalized Experiences Framework to guide future efforts.
Consulting firms with demonstrated experience in patient experience design and strategic service design leadership are encouraged to participate. All questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by February 25, 2026.
