(1) Vendor needs to provide patient experience design consulting services.– Service design and engagement firm to plan and deliver the Moments That Matter campaign.– The campaign is intended to establish a shared, organization wide understanding of the moments, parts and interactions that most profoundly shape patient, family and caregiver experiences.– Proponent will design and deliver a structured, service design led engagement and analysis initiative to identify and prioritize the experiences and moments that matter.– The engagement will include inclusive, mixed method participation; rigorous qualitative synthesis; co design; and the production of strategic outputs (framework and roadmap) that guide future experience improvement efforts. – Identify the critical moments that most strongly shape experience across clinical and non clinical settings.– Implement a range of high touch and lighter touch engagement methods, potentially including co–design workshops, interactive installations, or digital storytelling.– Translate insights into a repeatable, organization–wide Personalized Experiences Framework.
